Cisco/WebEx is seeking a Database Manager to manage and work hands on in a production support environment, leading a team of production support DBAs based in Santa Clara, CA. This person should possess extraordinary leadership skills and must have experience working as a hands-on Oracle DBA. The key responsibilities include
- DBA team management. - DB infrastructure design and maintenance - Vendor management - Database and related technology evaluation and implementation.
Minimum Requirements: - 7-10 years of work experience, including hands-on DBA experience in a production support environment - 3-5 years of leadership experience - Primary skill set: Oracle Database - Experience with Unix/Linux, MySQL, SQL/PLSQL, EMC, Shareplex preferred.
